2244236 - Scheduling error No valid modes available for activity in the DSPB

• At the Detailed Scheduling Planning Board (/SAPAPO/CDPS0), you reschedule an activity (for example, via Drag&Drop or through Reschedule function)
• Scheduling fails and you see message "Error in rescheduling; See logs" at the bottom of the screen. In menu Extras -> Logs... -> Scheduling Log, you see error message "No valid modes available for activity XXXX|XXXX||X"
