2244359 - Interactive Forms Not Supported in CFC

Symptom

Interactive Forms are currently not supported in SAP Cloud For Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work centre.
  2. Select the Form Template Maintenance view, under Business Felxibility.
  3. Click the Advanced hyperlink.
  4. Select the Interactive Forms value from the drop down list of the Template Type field.
  5. Click the Go button.
  6. You see No records found is displayed as result.

Cause

This is the expected system behaviour.

Resolution

Interactive froms are currently not supported in Cloud for Customer, hence this is a new requirement.
