2244415 - Unable to clear system error in a change document using Recheck option - Solution Manager

• While editing a ChaRM document, you get an error message of type "No authorization for object 7100000xxx" or some other non-ChaRM error message
• The problem indicated by the error message is resolved but the system error message remains at the top of the document no matter what is tried by the user
• The recheck action does not clear the error message
• Editing a CHARM document gives the following errors:
  "Product <ID> is locked 
   Product <ID> is archived"
