2244728 - RECN: Performance issue for lease in contracts with controlling object assigned

Symptom

When you are assigning a controlling object to a lease in contract you are observing that it takes unexpected long time. The same performance issue might occur when you are saving a lease in contract with controlling object assigned.

Moreover the message REBDOA 013 is raised many times if not switched off with transaction OBA5 indicating that the controlling object is also used in other contracts.

The performance issue only occurs for lease in contracts.

The same issue may also be observed when loading or changing contracts with such object assignment by custom programs using BAPI_RE_CN_CONTRACT or BAPI_RE_CN_CHANGE.
