Symptom

The SAP Afaria server service is not starting and the Windows application eventlog shows the error "XRS4906: Service: Program XMSGERSERVER.exe terminated abnormally. Afaria service not started. EXPLANATION: Afaria process did not finish as expected. ACTIONS: The NT Event Log or Afaria Log may contain more information."
