2244887 - Aggregation of the number of assigned objects in buckets

Symptom

In Portfolio Management open a bucket which has subordinate buckets. Look at the numbers of assigned items, initiatives, reviews, and templates which are shown in tab "General Information". These numbers reflect only those objects which are assigned directly to the bucket. They do not include the number of objects which are assigned to the lower-level buckets.
