2244932 - Missing decimal places in Financial / Capacity Planning

Symptom

A user has changed the value of User Settings "Number of Decimal Places in Financial Planning" and/or "Number of Decimal Places in Capacity Planning" in Portfolio Management. Nevertheless the values in Financial Planning and Capacity Planning are still displayed without any decimal places.

This behaviour is user specific (other users are able to see the decimal places).
