2244953 - Changing currency in External Request Form

When using External Request Forms for the external training requests made by the users, the user wants to amend the form to use it with a currency that is different than Dollar.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. The currency symbol label is changed to refelect a currency other than Dollar >
2. The External Request Form is not behaving as expected (wrong calculation of amounts, 0 added to the amounts, currency not taken into account in the verification process...).

The External Request Form was created for Dollar currency only and not other currency, as per Product Management.

• The External request Form should not be amended to be used with currencies other than Dollar.
• Please submit an enhancement request to see this feature amended in order to support other currencies.
• Review the training planner for similar functionalities.
