2245066 - Unable to hide standard columns - Compensation Management

Unable to hide some standard columns like Job Level, Job Title, Current Salary etc. No option to hide in the Design Worksheet.

Successfactors Compensation Management

Under Plan Setup > Design Worksheet > Not able to see "Hide this column on the form" option for all standard columns.

This option is available for some standard columns like Job Code, Job Family, Job Role etc.

Not all standard fields can be set invisible. Only a handful new fields can be configured as hidden.

In the Design Worksheet / Column Designer you can configure if a field/column can be hidden or not.

If there is no option to hide the column then you can use below workarounds:

1.You can create a custom column > upload the same values as in standard column and hide it using the hide option.

2.If you are using RBP then use field based permission to hide the column from all roles. Use the article below for more information about Field Based Permission.
