2245186 - Net Weight Appears as Zero in the Intrastat Declaration

System creates an Intrastat Declaration automatically based on Intrastat declaration run, however the Net Weight appears as zero in the Intrastat Declaration.

1. Go to the Intrastat work center
2. Go to the Intrastat Declarations view
3. Select the relevant Declaration
4. Select Edit & navigate to Items tab
5. You can see that, the Net Weight appears as Zero

You have not maintained the Net Weight in the material master data which forms the basis for net weight calculation.

You have to maintain the Net Weight in the Material master data, before you create a delivery documents. As soon as delivery (Outbound & Inbound) documents are posted, information will be sent to Intrastat.

To know the product ID which is used in the Intrastat Declaration, please follow the below steps;

1. Go to the Intrastat work center
2. Go to the Intrastat Declarations view
3. Select the relevant Declaration
4. Select Edit & navigate to Items tab
5. Select sub tab References & open the Goods Movement ID
6. From here, you can see which Product ID is used in the Intrastat Declaration item

To know where to maintain the Net Weight in Material master, please follow the below steps;

1. Open the corresponding Goods Movement ID
2. Open the Product ID
3. Navigate to General tab
4. Select UoM Charecteristics sub tab
5. Net Weight is not maintained
6. Select Add Row and maintain Net Weight
7. Select Save
