2245484 - XML Upload for Attendees is not Working

You are receiving the below error messages while uploading XML file for attendees.
Free Text for Person is not Allowed
Free Text for Organization is not Allowed

1. Go to the Cockpit work center.
2. All Expense Reports.
3. Search for the Expense Report ID.
4. Click Expense Report ABC.
5. Click the Expense and open the Expense Details.

Here we can see the below error message for the Attendees:

Free Text for Person is not Allowed
Free Text for Organization is not Allowed

The error message is displayed due to the reason that free text is not allowed for Persons and Organizations in your Business Configuration settings.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects View.
3. Select the relevant Project and Choose Open Activity List.
4. Go to Fine-Tune chevron.
5. Show All Activities and search for the activity Configure Beneficiary Types and Spend Tracking.
6. Select Define Beneficiary Types and Enable Spend Tracking.
7. Select the Country and select the checkbox for Free Text for Person Allowed and Free Text for Organization Allowed.
