Symptom

In Consumption at Site for Project Stock Order scenario, the Source Logistics Area is not automatically populated during Goods Allocation process.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
  2. Go to Delivery Proposals view.
  3. Search for Project Stock Order Proposal ID 123 (123 represents Project Stock Order ID)
  4. Choose Allocate.
  5. In the Goods Consumption for Project screen, the Source Logistics Area field is empty.

Cause

The Source Logistics Area is not determined automatically during the Consumption at Site for Project Stock Order scenario by design.

Resolution

This is expected system behavior.
