2245621 - ManagedRASException. (FWM 01014) for recurring schedule of crystal reports

• Reccuring schedules of all crystal reports stay in pending status for a long time then fail with this error:

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.managedreports.ras.internal.ManagedRASException:

Can not initialize Report Application Server session. ---

Could not connect to server : . - Servers CMS

<node name>: 6400 and <cluster name> @ cluster of rptappserver type and with the service DTSRequestor are not found. Perhaps they themselves arrested ouont been disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) "

• The problem doesn't occur when rescheduling the report manually.
• In Report Application Server logs this error is displayed: ErrorMsg:"File Repository Server Output is down." while the File repository output server is started.
