2245726 - How to fix the problem in Boomi where environment extensions are missing

This KBA explains how to fix the missing environment extensions error in Boomi Atom management page.

Boomi

1. Go to Process reporting in Boomi
2. Click on the Error message of the interface.
3. The error message would be “Process terminating -- some documents reached an exception which is set to halt all documents: Unspecified Indicator for Target Web Service Interface in Process Properties”

      4. Now go to Atom management -> choose the atom on which this process is deployed and click on environment extensions -> filter the process by name and click on connection settings

      5. Now click on the drop down and we can see there is no connection settings which is found.

The connection settings are deleted from the environment extensions which is causing this error.

1. Un-deploy all the processes which are failing with this error from the environment.
2. Now deploy back all the processes and then re-configure the environment extensions and click on OK to save the settings.
