2246274 - Authorization inheritance via a classification hierarchy does not influence item/initiative authorization in the main portfolio

A user is able to access a portfolio item in a classification hierarchy. They do not understand why they cannot access the same item (or do not have the same authorizations for the item) in the item's main portfolio.

The same behaviour may be seen for a portfolio initiative.
