2246278 - "Create version of all items" is missing for bucket accessed in tab "Portfolio management"

Symptom

You open a bucket via the bucket dashboard which you have accessed in tab "Portfolio management", or open a bucket which you have found via the search. In menu "You can also" for the bucket you do not find the function "Create version of all items".

The same applies to "Create version of all initiatives".
