2246420 - Compensation Management and Variable Pay:EC integrated template is not showing correct hierarchy on define planner page

Symptom

There were no issues in launching forms using second manger hierarchy for all the managers but the define planner page is not showing manager relationship as expected.

Environment

Compensation Management and Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

You are using second manager hierarchy and the forms launched successfully for all the second managers.

But the define planner page (Plan steup>Manage users>define planner) is not showing correct hierarchy setup used in EC.

Cause

As the template is EC integrated,it used the second manager values from EC for launching forms and dispaying on forms.

but the  define planner page works according to the manager relationships setup in the UDF .

So if the manager relationship is not correct in the UDF then the same will show on the define planner page.

Resolution

Please upload the correct relationship or run a full HRIS Sync (this will inspect ALL current records for employees held in Employee Central, and it will synchronize configuration defined fields with targeted fields in Employee Profile.)

Once this is done, the define planner page will show the correct hierarchy.
