2246777 - BPC NW: data changes when report structure changed

Symptom

A user upgraded his CPMBPC from 800 SP10 to CPMBPC 801 SP10 and his SAP BW FROM 730 SP10 to 740 SP10, 
For example, when creating a report to display data for 2015.JUL(Periodic) and when adding the member 2015.Q3(Periodic) to the same report the value of 2015.JUL changes, to explain more here is the scenario:

*Report with Time dimension at row:
2015.JUL (Periodic) = 100

*Edit Report and add member 2015.Q3 :
2015.JUL (Periodic) = 150
2015.Q3 (Periodic) = 200
