2247121 - Error message when trying to import Families and Roles

Symptom

Ater implementing Employee Central you are no longer able to upload Family & Role information to your environment. You received the following error message when importing the Families & Roles file

  • Prevalidation:
  • Line: [2], role job code:[] does not exist in the system.(Because you have turned on ECTV2)

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
