In transaction ST22, you can see the dump CALL_FUNCTION_SYSCALL_ONLY raised by monitoring workload related function modules like SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC.

When checking the dump full details in transaction ST22, in the Server-Side details session of the dump, you can see the destination <SID>_RZ20_ANALYZE as the destination
causing the issue. The function module in this case can be any function module used for monitoring purposes like SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC.
