2247672 - Development Admin permission gives access to all Career Development admin options

Granting "Development Admin" permission (Manage Career Development) will give access to all Career Development Admin options.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage permission roles.
2. Select one permission role and, then, click the "Permission" button.
3. Click "Manage Career Development" section, on the right panel > only enable the option "Development Admin".
4. Save changes.

5. Log out and then log back in.
6. Go to Admin Center > check the options available under Development.

The "Development Admin" permission is supposed to grant access to all Career Development Admin options. This is the expected behavior of the system.

If you wish to grant access for some users to only manage parts of the Career Development module, you can use the other specific permissions available under the "Manage Career Development" section in RBP. For example, you'd be able to grant access to some users to Manage Suggested Roles and others to Manage Mentoring Programs.
