2247697 - Variable Pay - How to set up the bonus plan without business goals

Symptom

  • Setting up bonus plans with only individual or team goals is now supported
  • It is not necessary to include Business goals in Bonus Calculation

Environment

Successfactors Variable Pay

Resolution

  • Navigate to admin tools->Compensation Home
  • Select the Variable Pay Program
  • Go to Plan Settings -> Set Bonus Calculation & Choose ‘No’ for Use Business Goals for Bonus Payout Calculation
