2247724 - Deleted PO is still showing in PR Status - SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

The deleted PO is still showing as reference document in the status tab of T-code ME53N. Also, when using Fiori apps (e.g. Manage Purchase Requisitions), the status "PO created" is not reset.
