Resolution

  1. Go to Learning Administration >
  2. System Administration >
  3. Configuration >
  4. System Configuration >
  5. Edit the 'CONNECTORS' configuration file >
  6. Search for a sample field, such as the 'EMP_STAT_ID': sfuser.field.mapping.data.EMP_STAT_ID >
  7. Add a custom column relationship, such as 'CUSTOM05' to this field: sfuser.field.mapping.data.EMP_STAT_ID=CUSTOM05 >
  8. Apply Changes.
