2248236 - Error:"The requested action cannot be completed." when creating a Web Intelligence document based on Free-hand SQL with stored Procedure

Symptom

  • Below error occurs when running a Free-hand SQL query based on a stored Procedure in a Web Intelligence document:

    "A problem is encountered. The requested action cannot be completed."

  • Using the stored procedure with "Insert into" statement, "#temp" table or "update" statement runs fine in the SQL Server Management Studio.
