2248321 - Missing approvers in the Job Requisition's Route Map - Recruiting Management

• When creating requisition, some route steps are missing in the workflow.
• The operator fields are filled out but they are now showing in the route map.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition
2. Click Create New
3. Insert the users in the operator fields
4. Click Next button
5. On the top of the job requisition details page, the route map is missing approvers

The users assigned as approvers don't have the User Login RBP permission granted.

The system checks for User Login before sending the Job requisition to approvers. The system assumes that if the users have no user login permission, they will not be able to login to approve the requisition.

If the user is currently inactive already, you can reassign the role to other active user.
