Color palettes can be set for any editable reports, but not the automatically generated measure templates.

Cause
Measure templates can only be edited by SuccessFactors staff or those with equivalent admin access. The procedure is the same but in a different tool, and the effects are widely visible so mistakes must be avoided.
Resolution
To have the palette changed in your templates, raise an case ticket requesting which palette to use. If you desire a new palette it can be created manually, though this will take some development time.
