2248821 - Error: Feedback from others is currently not available. Please try again later. - Performance Management

While trying to "Ask for feedback" from a user TWICE, error message is received that says 'Feedback from others is currently not available. Please try again later.'.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Performance Tab > Team Overview.
2. In the Feedback from Others column, click add more link and send the feedback request to the same user for the second time.
3. Click on Send Email.
4. Sytem throwing error message Feedback from others is currently not available. Please try again later.
   
   
   

The error received is working as designed.

We can only ask feedback from the same person once a day. Please wait 24hrs before sending any additional requests to the same user.
