2248890 - LMS: Audience field is missing from Item view

Symptom

When viewing an item, the field for 'audience' is no longer displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning - All versions

Cause

The field 'Audience' has been removed from the Entity Configuration.

Resolution

To add the 'Audience' field back to the item:

  1. To add the 'Audience' field back to the Item.

  2. Access System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration.

  3. Using the Dropdown menu: Select Entity - select Item.

  4. In the list, look for the entry: Audience.

  5. Click button in the Display column.

  6. Save/Apply changes.
