2248945 - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'LP_FOLDER_PK'

• FS-PRO 3.0 was installed and after verifying the installation we started the upgrade to SP01 patch2. 
• We downloaded the following component i.e. FSPRO01P_2-80001099.ZIP SP01 Patch2 for FS-PRO 7.6 and followed the upgrade guide. 
• After running the migrate.bat file we noticed the following error in the migration log i.e. Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'LP_FOLDER_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'CAMILION_PPMC.LP_FOLDER'. The duplicate key value is (3).
