2248984 - upgrade to 15.7.1 SP202 fails with Error 11052 – SAP RS 15.7.1

Symptom

When upgrading RS to 15.7.1 SP202, the following information was printed in the log:

I... Upgraded RSSD successfully. The current RSSD version is '1571200'.
E... ERROR #1028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /cfginit.c (6440) Message from server: Message: 11052, State 1, Severity 16 -- 'The 'select into' database option is not enabled for database 'PRS_RSSD'. ALTER TABLE with data copy cannot be done. Set the 'select into' database option and re-run.'.

T... (-1): Failed to add column orderby_col to RSSD table rs_subscriptions.
