2248993 - Add Button in User's Learning History tile

There is an Add button in Learning History Tile on the Learning Plan of users which allows users to record learning events.

Can this be removed?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning - All Supported Versions

This Add button is controlled by a user workflow:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Security > Role Management
2. Search for the user Role
3. Go to Workflows
4. Remove the workflow Access Record Learning Events which is under the group Learning. 
   
   
   
   
   
5. After Removing this you will see that "Add" button is removed from the Learning History Tile.
