2248997 - Exception(103)JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE:Initialization of destination UMEBackendConnection failed leads to AS Java cannot start

The AS Java system fails to start due to UME service cannot be started. You may see the following exception in the trace files:

In above example, the exception message is in German however it may vary depending on actual cases that you may encounter with.
Above exception is saying: Your ABAP system on system number 00 does not have this logon language installed (it is German in this case).
