2249038 - "400 session not found" error accessing portal or NWA

Symptom

  1. When you access portal or NWA, after switch ing to different tab, there is 400 session not found error like followings:

  2. After taking HTTP trace (You can download HttpWatch software basic version from http://www.httpwatch.com/) when you reproduce the issue, there is following Post request with 400 error.
    You also can see "Secure" is active in Cockies.
