2249038 - "400 session not found" error accessing portal or NWA

Symptom

  1. While accessing portal or NWA, after switching to different tab, there is 400 session not found error like followings:

  2. After taking HTTP trace (download HttpWatch software basic version from http://www.httpwatch.com/) while reproducing the issue, there is following Post request with 400 error.
    Also can see "Secure" is active in Cookies.
