2249399 - iFlow: SHL to RCM – AssessmentResult fails with the error “Unexpected EOF; was expecting a close tag for element <sXmlIn> ”

This KBA explains the root cause and the solution for the error which is faced in the standard iFlow: SHL to RCM – AssessmentResult

1.Go to Process reporting page in Boomi

2.Now click on the process logs for the iFlow: SHL to RCM – AssessmentResult and download it to your local system

3.Now open the process logs and search for the error severe:

Wrong configuration of the WebService endpoint in the SFSF application side

1. Log into successfactors instance to which the iFlow is connecting to.
2. Now goto Admin Center.
3. In the Tool Search, type in “Event Notification Subscription”
4. Choose the tab “External Event” and configure the Boomi end point URL as shown below:

6. Save the changes.
7. Now trigger the assessment and it should work fine.
8. Note: The EndPoint URL shown here is just for example and it is specific to DC-4 could SFSF atom, based on the DC on which the cloud atom is present these endpoints differ
