2249516 - Grade Field is Not Displayed for Inactive Employees

You noticed the column Grade is not showing for some employees on Compensation screen.

1. Go to Compensation work center
2. Select Employees View.
3. Select All Employees
4. Check the column Grade is missing for some employees

The Compensation Structure assigned for the respective employee is not valid.
You can check the Compensation Structure by opening the Compensation profile and selecting the tab Compensation Structure Assignment of the respective employee.

The system is designed to show the data valid on current system date. Since the compensation structure for this employee is not valid on current system date, hence the Grade is not displayed.

System is working as designed.
