2249769 - Date update error in Offline Store on Windows 8.1 - SMP

Symptom

When connecting from a mobile device (Windows 8.1) to an Oracle Database through Reverse Proxy, SMP Server and Integration Gateway (IGW-> JDBC -> Oracle DB)
the date update to an Offline store throws the following error:
"Error occurred updating activity: {"message":
{"errorCode":"9","errorMessage":"String was not recognized as a valid Date Time.","errorDomain":"OfflinePluginErrorDomain"}}
