2249912 - Error when adding Device in Options Outlook

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go in Admin Center > Click in the image from the user that is logged > Select Options ;
2. Select Outlook item;
3. The error below will be shown:

This feature is not supported by SuccessFactors.

As the feature is not supported, you can follow the process below to remove Outlook item from UI.

Open a case with SAP Support under the Component LOD-SF-PLT-PRVR or engage your implementation partner.

Request: Please, remove Outlook item from Options Menu

For partners:

1. Access Provisioning > Company Settings.
2. Uncheck Enable Outlook Integration > Save.
