2250142 - sybmail functionality is removed in ASE 16.0

Symptom

You are attempting to use the 'sybmail' feature
Executing sybmail related commands like xp_sendmail, xp_startmail, xp_stopmail, xp_readmail, xp_findnextmsg, xp_deletemail
Result in various error messages, for example:

sqlcode=11518 sybmail encountered CMC error
Sybmail CMC Error: There was a generic failure that does not fit the description of any other return code
