Symptom

The MDM Adapter communication channels fail to start, with the following error being issued:

MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: Can not create repository session '[server=V serverUser=X repository=Y user=Z]' caused by: Path to object does not exist. First missing component is [MDM Factory], the whole lookup name is [deployedAdapters/MDM Factory/shareable/MDM Factory].
