Symptom

An error message occurs when assessment is triggered:

Error: Community manager 1(1661)
You will be notified to complete the assessment .

Assessment Status for the candidate will be shown as "Error ordering Assessment".

Cause

Wrong subscriber ID maintained in Admin Tool -> Event Notification Subscription

Resolution

You need to maintain subscriber ID = "PA Assessment Subscriber"
