2250189 - Required Completion Status box not functioning-LMS

When we try to create a new program, the required completion status box drop down is not functioning.

->Go to Learning-Programs-Add New . The completion status drop down does not have any values as per the screen shot below:

The cause of this issue is that there is no Completion status in the References with the Item type - Program(SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY).

The resolution would be to add the completion status with Item type - Program(SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY).

The resolution is to navigate to References->Learning->Completion Status and click on  Add new for a new Completion status with Item type Program(SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY). Screen shot below:

 

Once this is added when we navigate to Programs and click on Add new the Completion status drop down will show the newly added completion status under references with the Item type - Program(SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY).
