2250226 - Limited number of claim requests shown when advance claim application is launched

Symptom

  • When the Advance Claim application is launched, only a limited number of claim requests are displayed.

  • During approval, the approver must scroll up and down to review each line item of the employee’s claim.

  • Upon clicking the Approver application, only a restricted number of claim requests are visible.

  • While opening the Approver application, an error message appears: "500 Connection Timed Out".
