Symptom

When the Advance Claim application is launched, only a limited number of claim requests are displayed.

During approval, the approver must scroll up and down to review each line item of the employee’s claim.

Upon clicking the Approver application, only a restricted number of claim requests are visible.

While opening the Approver application, an error message appears: "500 Connection Timed Out".
