2250288 - Poor performance of BPC data manager packages

In BPC NW, a user may find the performance of most data manager package executions deteriorating dramatically over time. For example, executing a package usually takes 20 seconds. After several months if a user executes the same package again, it takes almost 10 minutes.

After running an ST05 trace of the package execution, an SQL trace is always retrieving data from table "RSR_CACHE_FFB".
