2250528 - Company Org Chart v12: Photos appearing cropped

• After upgrading the Company Org Chart to v12, it is possible to notice that the photos are displaying cropped.

The v12 Company Org Chart uses a 1:1 frame (square), by default, to display the photos, whereas the Employee Profile uses a 3:4 frame (portrait). This is why the photos are cropped when displaying in the Company Org Chart.

If you don’t want the photos to display this way in the Company Org Chart, it is possible to change the Org Chart to display the photos in a 3:4 frame (portrait) as well. This can be done by following the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Succession > Org Chart Configuration.
2. Enable “Display portrait photos in Org Chart” option.
3. Click “Save”.
