2250754 - The Resume Link is Disabled for Some Recruiting Candidates

The Resume/CV link is disabled for some candidates on the candidate application page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Navigate to Home > Recruiting.
2. Select any job requisition.
3. Go to candidates who have applied for the job requisition.

• Any changes in the Candidate Profile after application will not reflect in the Application Profile. 
• Candidates with resume or CV link disabled have uploaded their resume in the Candidate Profile after applying in the job requisition.

Configuring the EDIT_CANDIDATE_SNAPSHOT button permission in the Application Template XML file will change the Application Profile Snapshot.

Note: Please contact your Implementation Partner to configure this button permission in your Application Template XML.
