2250802 - Errors occurred during Check for SLT Triggers/Tables - SLT Triggers/Tables errors during upgrade using SUM

Symptom

  • The following error occurs in SUM (Software Update Manger) when upgrading an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) source system being used, in conjunction with SLT (System Landscape Transformation).    
  • The upgrade stops at the phase "RUN_CHECK_SLT_TRIGGER".
  • The upgrade stops at the phase "RUN_CHECK_SLT_TRIGGER_DTTRANS"
  • Errors occurred during Check for SLT triggers. For more information, see the log file of the background job
  • CHECK_SLT_TRIGGER.<SID>
  • Errors in SUM:
    • 2EETG010 "Found trigger" "/1LT/00000953CCC" "on switch table" "T002T"
    • 2EETG010 "Found trigger" "/1LT/00000246ABC" "on switch table" "DD02L"

  • The SUM tool may find /1CADMC*, /1DH*, or /1LT* or other structures that are in an inactive state.

  • Said inactive structures may report the following errors (when attempting to be activated):
    • 1EEDT963 Field "/DSD/SL_TOLTYP" in table "/1CADMC/100000000014244EMARA" is specified twice
    • 1EEDT963 Field "/DSD/SV_CNT_GRP" in table "/1CADMC/100000000014244EMARA" is specified twice
    • 1EEDT963 Field "/DSD/VC_GROUP" in table "/1CADMC/100000000014244EMARA" is specified twice
  • Errors in PREP_GENCHECKS/EU_NAMETAB_CHECK
    • A3EESTR 001 Error for '/1CADMC/S0008759': (NTC) Unexpected first entry for table '/1CADMC/S0008759' with block number 0 - expected 1
