2250811 - Candidate Profile - Fields not working/different when the recruiter adds a new candidate via Add Candidate functionality

Symptom

  • Permissions for country specific fields for the candidate profile have been given and this works when the candidate creates the profile themselves. However, when a recruiting user who has access to the Candidate Search functionality adds a new candidate manually, i.e. via Add Candidate functionality, permissions are not working.
  • When a recruiting user adds a candidate via 'Add Candidate' they see all fields defined in the Candidate Profile. They do not need write/read permissions.
