2251058 - The Contract Item Has Status In Process, Though Fulfilment and Invoicing is Finished

The contract item status is In Process, though Fulfillment Status and Invoice Status are Finished.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Contract view.
3. In the Find field search with ID ABC (where ABC is the Contract ID) and click on the Edit button.
4. Go to the Items tab and select Line Item XYZ (where XYZ is service base line-item) for which Fulfillment Status is Finished and Invoice Status is Finished.

The Status of Line Item XYZ is still showing as In Process.

Item PQR will have the status Completed once all the 3 conditions are satisfied as below:

1. The Fulfillment Status as Finished
2. The Invoice Status as Finished
3. The Contract Item End Date of Line Item XYZ in Contract ABC is reached, meaning the validity of Item XYZ is expired.

This is the expected system behavior.
