SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2251235 - SMP 2.3.7 devices unable to register anymore after an SMP upgrade. The error is "Unsupported this url request" message in the server log.

Symptom

  • Customer upgraded from Sybase Mobile Platform 2.1.3. to SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.7. After the upgrade the customer's devices are no longer getting registered properly. 
  • The SMP server log shows:
    2015-11-24 17:19:59.491 ERROR MMS HttpChannel Thread-467 [com.sybase.sup.server.http.DispatcherServlet:null]
    Unsupported this url request.http://customerapps-XXXXXX.com/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll/MBS/tm
